Coating: Electroless Nickel
Electroless Nickel is an autocatalytic metal finishing process commonly known as ENP. It is a process that provides extremely good corrosion resistance (at 1 mil in thickness, it exceeds all ASTM 1000 hour salt fog tests) and has a consistent thickness across a surface. We apply 'Hi-Phos' E-Nickel at Gull Industries which is the most corrosion resistant version of all ENP processes available. We use a proprietary Enthone, Inc. E-Nickel and are therefore assured of extremely high quality chemistry that translates to our customers as 'repeatability of deposit and quality'.
